Our company is incorporated in Singapore. We strictly comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. For users located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and the United Kingdom, we also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Information We Collect

When you launch our Instant Game through your Facebook account, we may receive limited information shared by Meta:

Game-scoped unique player ID
Public profile information you authorize Facebook to share (first name, profile picture, public region and language settings)
Game session data, gameplay progress, scores, in-game behavior and interaction records
Anonymous technical data including device type, system version, browser information, crash logs and performance data for service optimization

We do not actively collect sensitive personal data such as phone number, residential address, identity documents or payment information from users.

2. How We Use Your Information

All collected data is used only for legitimate business purposes related to game operation:

Provide, maintain and optimize our Instant Game services
Save user game progress and in-game data
Fix technical bugs, stabilize game operation and improve user experience

5.2 Rights for EEA/UK Users (GDPR)

You additionally have the right of data portability, restriction of processing and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe our data processing violates relevant regulations.

5.3 How to Exercise Your Rights

Please submit your data request via our official business email. We will verify your identity and respond within the legally required timeframe.

You may also manage game app permissions directly through your Meta/Facebook account’s official permission management function.

6. Third-Party Platform Statement

Our game is deployed on the Meta (Facebook) platform. Your use of Meta services is subject to Meta’s official privacy policy. We are not responsible for Meta’s independent data collection and processing rules.

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not intentionally collect personal data from children under 13 years old. If you discover that we have obtained child personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately, and we will delete the relevant data completely.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering and loss. However, no internet data transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to business adjustments and legal updates. The updated policy will be published on our official website with the latest effective date. Continued use of the game after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
